Love this place! So convenient to just walk in and get a massage without an appointment! It’s always clean and the ladies are always so nice and professional. I can go in barely moving from pain and come out feeling so much better!

The massage isn’t terrible I will give them that, it’s not great either though. If you’re okay with them being super demanding for a tip afterwards, then go for it! But just know, $20 isn’t enough of a tip for these ladies! My fiancé and I had to just say sorry we aren’t giving you any more money! These people should be grateful they even have business at all.
Overall: Massage: C (70/100) Customer Service: D+ (65/100) The flow: -Made an appointment for 4:30, was called by the establishment & rescheduled to 5:15. -Booked for an hour session, was told I could only do 45 min bc of low staffing. -The sign inside prices sessions as follows: 30min-$45; 60min-$65 and so on. -My ~45 min session started about 5:18 and ended around 5:59. -it was decent, I still have the same tight spots I came to get worked on, but there was just enough strong pressure for a bandaid solution until I’m in a bigger city. 3.5/5 massage quality, with wayy too much pressure wasted on the spine. -I was initially charged $65. -Upon exit I was offered a paper shot glass of water and as I began to hand a $10 tip to add on to my already overcharged massage, I was told my back was “too hard” I have to tip $20. -Then I was given a light hug and freed to head out. To recap: appointment time moved , okay massage, overcharged session, and tip haggling. $85 for what should’ve been $65.
I paid cash, and gave a tip of my choosing. The optional tip amount obviously didn’t satisfy the worker, as she demanded an additional $20 tip (on top of what i left) for a very mediocre massage. I definitely will not be back.
For our anniversary my husband booked us a couple’s massage. He called 2 weeks in advance to set it up. We showed up at our appointment time only to be told that she forgot to write it down and had booked over our spot the day before. I understand things happen, but she asked us to come back later and gave precedence to the person who booked only a day before. No apology at all. I didn’t reschedule partly because of the treatment we received, but mostly because the place smelled TERRIBLE.
